What data do I process?

Only the data you enter in the contact form yourself or include in an email: your name, email address, your company if you add it, and the content of your message.

What do I use it for?

To answer your question and, if you wish, to prepare a collaboration. I don't use your data for newsletters or marketing, and I don't sell it.

The legal basis is my legitimate interest in replying to messages you send me, or the steps you request before a possible contract.

Who processes data on my behalf?

• Formspree processes messages from the contact form and forwards them to my mailbox. Formspree is based in the United States.
• Netlify hosts this website. As with any website, the host may temporarily keep technical data, such as your IP address, to keep the website running securely.

How long do I keep it?

As long as needed to handle your question and any follow-up. After that, I delete it.

Cookies

This website uses no cookies and no tracking software.

Your rights

You can always access, correct or delete your data, and object to its use. Just email kevin.demeu@priojects.be.

If you're not satisfied with how I handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
